Wafer Transfer Information

All Horizon machines feature the latest in wafer transfer technology. Such items include rodless cylinders, stepper &/or servo drives, stainless steel bearings & rails, electric & optical sensors, touch panel and LCD controls, anti-corrosion packages, and PLC Programmable Logic Controllers. These tools are safe, durable and reliable. Equipment is available in 100-300mm applications.

Note: X indicates wafer size in machine code. An example would be UKAX25A3, the X could be 4", 6", or 8" wafers. So if you needed a 8" Junior transfer tool the model number would be UKA825A3.
